MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has filed tax evasion complaints at the Department of Justice against contractor couple Pacifico “Curlee” and Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya for more than P7.1 billion in tax liabilities from 2018 to 2021.
